Subletting a single bedroom in a 7 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house on 37th Place for 1 Female Student January (hidden). One of my roommates is also studying abroad so potentially pick a roommate or you and a friend can live across the hall from one another! Both rooms are singles and have the same layout. 7 girls (including me) live in the house, each with their own room. There are three shared bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. The fourth bathroom is private in one of the girls’ rooms. The house has a gate on each side and parking spots in the garage (included with rent). Rent is $1645 a month + 75 in utilities / community fees. The room comes with a black Ikea wardrobe but is not furnished (you will have to bring a bed/dresser/desk). In the house we have a TV, couch, two dining tables, pots, utensils, pans, etc., along with pantry space for each roommate so no need to worry about those items unless you want to bring your own. The house didn’t come with WIFI so we set spectrum up on our own and it is $8.57 a month per roommate. The house has air conditioning and heat, and in-unit washer and dryer are included, and a rooftop with chairs, a couch, benches and table (and nice view of LA). The house is a 5-minute walk to campus and a 15-minute walk to the Village. It is in the DPS/free Lyft zone and close to the Expo line train which can take you to Santa Monica as well as Downtown LA. I am looking to sublet it beginning January 1 until the lease ends July 20th 2024 but there are subleasing options for the summer. OVERALL RECAP: - Inside DPS Patrol Zone - One block from USC Campus - Fully furnished common areas - Sky deck - View of Hollywood Sign - In-unit washer & dryer - Central A/C & heating - Complementary Maid Service - Parking garage spot...
